Nomainvest is a family-owned holding company that manages around €300 million and has a permanent capital base. Nomainvest has evolved from a vehicle holding the family’s NMC shares into an investment company with a current portfolio of 27 direct minority stakes in addition to NMC.
Nomainvest is supported by the Noël and Jolly families, who share the same values and entrepreneurial passion. Nomainvest’s strengths lie in our industrial roots, our reliability and agility, as well as our commitment to the principles of good governance and sustainability.
We invest in our region, which encompasses the Benelux countries, northern France and western Germany.
Strategy
Nomainvest is an investment vehicle established by two partner families with the aim of supporting entrepreneurial and responsible projects. The focus is on investing in growing and sustainable companies led by dynamic teams with a commitment to excellence. The aim is long-term performance and sustainable development. We remain invested as long as we are aligned and create value together. We favour a partnership-based approach with dynamic management and co-investors who share the same values within a suitable governance structure.
