Yves Noël is a Belgian economist and business leader with a distinguished career in industry, governance, and philanthropy. After earning his Master’s in Economics from the University of Liège, he progressed from academia to executive leadership, serving as CEO and later Chairman of the NMC Group. He currently holds multiple board positions across Belgian and German companies. His contributions extend to economic advisory roles, corporate governance, and philanthropy, notably with the King Baudouin Foundation. Recognized for his service, he was ennobled as Chevalier by the King of Belgium.
Bernard Jolly is a Belgian entrepreneur and corporate director with expertise in agriculture, private equity and governance. Holding a degree in Financial and Commercial Sciences from ICHEC Brussels, he has pursued additional certifications in agriculture, law and military leadership. He serves on the boards of several companies, including NMC. He is CEO of Nomainvest.
Catherine studied physiotherapy and initially worked as a physiotherapist and independent psychomotor therapist. Simultaneously, she has been very active in the family governance and organization of the family shareholding.
She joined the Board of Directors of Nomainvest in 2013 and the Board of NMC in 2014, where she took the position of Vice-Chair since 2022.
After his business engineering studies at the HEC-ULg Management School in Liège (2013), Philippe worked for the global mid market private equity group The Riverside Company out of the Brussels and Munich office. Before collaborating with Nomainvest since 2021, he also worked for the Deal Advisory team of KPMG in Frankfurt and for the multi family mid market private equity fund BIP CAPITAL PARTNERS in Luxemburg.
After graduating from HEC Liège in 2001 with a degree in economics and finance, she worked as an accountant and tax consultant at Weynand Tax Consultants.
Philippe Neumann is an experienced CEO with more than 15 years of experience in strategy, marketing and sales in the B2B and B2C sectors. Before joining Nomainvest, he managed Ardennes-Étape, the largest holiday home rental company in the Ardennes. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Xperthis, Atos and NRB, where he successfully implemented corporate development strategies, digital transformations and sales optimizations.
After his double bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics (HEC Liège & Universität Hohenheim – 2018), Tom Chantraine obtained 2 master’s degree, one in Behavioral Economics and another in International Business (Maastricht University – 2020). Upon graduating, he first founded a start-up in the textile industry and then joined KPMG Deal Advisory (Corporate Finance) in Belgium for 2.5 years while passing CFA level 1 and 2.
